Facilities

The bulk of our production is a result of our skilled programmers utilizing the power of our Marubeni Citizen-Cincom L20 CNC Lathes. With these lathes we can produce parts with up to a 20 mm outer diameter and are capable of holding tolerances of .0002".

Each of our L20's is equipped with an automatic magazine barfeeder to increase our production ability while decreasing production time. For more detailed information about these machines, please refer to the following:

To meet production requirements for parts with a larger outer diameter we turn to our Mori Seiki NL1500 lathe, capable of machining up to a 2-inch O.D.. This machine is also equipped with an automatic barfeeder to maximize production. Please refer to the manufacturer's website for more information about this machine.

Of course, we supplement our production with various other machines and equipment when necessary - such as our Johnford vertical mill, manual lathes, drill presses, surface grinder, milling machines, and band saw.

In addition, our facility is equipped with a variety inspection equipment and tools including, but not limited to: digital and analog micrometers, digital and analog vernier calipers, digital height gages, surface plates, gage pin and block sets, various plug and ring thread gages, and optical comparator.
